feature request: battery usage section in settings

As the Karoo ecosystem becomes increasingly complex, it would be great to have a battery usage section in settings to see the impact of individual usage style, extensions, system processes, and sensors -- particularly if something's gone rogue on you. Just how you'd do it on your android (or iPhone) smartphone. 

Right now the only way to pinpoint specific usage is to disable everything, get a baseline, and put them back in one at a time -- annoying! 

There's plenty of concerns about battery life here, on Reddit, and elsewhere.
