bug: Screen Off Timer always on

I found a strange bug in the latest firmware.

In Battery Save, the Screen Off Timer setting is always enabled after the device starts up. I can turn it off, but after restarting the device, it is enabled again.

It looks like the setting is not being saved and always resets to ON after every reboot.
