    James, sorry to hear about the multiple breakages of the quarter-turn adapter. We will need to look into some information to identify the root cause of these breakages. Our adapters are tested to carry the unit's weight and I am sure the weight would not be a concern here.

    Please share the picture of the broken adapter, order details, and the serial number of your Karoo 2 at support@hammerhead.io and we can help you there. We may require more information on the breakage to investigate further.
