SIM card problem

I have purchased a cellular SIM card from sky mobile in the UK. However my Karoo 2 is not picking up a 4 g signal ( only e for edge ) . I think the problem my be the apn settings which I have manually input but not sure the ones I have entered are correct is my rides are not uploading until I have a WiFi signal. I'm pretty sure my SIM is a compatible SIM but require assistance to resolve the problem
