How to import route (Garmin link > GPX > Karoo) on iPhone?

I know how to save route in Garmin Connect as gpx file and then import to Hammerhead companion app. But this garmin save as gpx works only on (Windows) computer and not on my iphone. On iphone different issues pop up - in safar or chrome browsers, clicking on save as gpx just does nothing. Then, sometimes it forces to open Garmin Connect app, and the save as gpx is completely missing from this app. Is there some workaround to do this garmin route importing on iphone? Maybe some third party app “bridge” between Garmin Connect and Hammerhead companion app? I tried already Strava and Komoot, but no success so far.
