Direction change hidden by the climber drawer

If the "jump to map" option is enabled, it makes sense to me, otherwise not really (for my use cases). I think it depends what you favor. I have the jump to map option disabled and essentially use the map to show my route and where I am on it. I know most of the turns. When the drawer (I think any is affected, not only Climber) shows, I want to keep it and not be "disturbed" by the map. I could imagine that some people favor to have the drawers above the map, and some favor the opposite. Thus, I'd think that with that option enabled, it could make sense to have the functionality you prefer.

Anyway, I use the map in a different way (even or rather particularly when routing), so this is just my two cents. However, I would not mind if the drawer disappeared for the turn (as long as it returns afterwards).

Now while writing this, I actually find it pretty annoying that the navigation drawer (all, actually), typically hide the position on the map. I see limited use in having the map combined with a drawer (half way up) anyway. So would be nice if this were also changed, and it might coincide with your suggestion -> move the current position marker into the (middle of the) actually viewable map area.
