K2 Battery already severely degraded

My K2 is one of the units from the first batch of pre-release units and unfortunately is now no longer able to hold enough charge for a standard Sunday ride. Even with battery saver mode, 0% screen brightness and one HR sensor attached the unit struggles to record 8 hrs. This is obviously disappointing, I love the Karoo and will probably look at buying another K2, but I hope HH address battery life on the K3 its one of the major issues holding the karoo back. I have a USB power bank, but would prefer to avoid carrying one when rear pockets already loaded with tubes, energy products, tools and clothing that may have been stripped off.

  Unfortunately, mine has not been able to do this since the beginning. I probably should have sent it straight back and had it replaced 😢

  Hi All, if the Karoo 2 battery is not standing up to the expectations - we would love to work with you all to find a solution. Either by understanding the device usage, or replacing the device for a brand new unit.
