Karoo 3 — screen lifting from swollen battery, repair options

Hello,

I'm writing about a problem with my Hammerhead Karoo 3. The screen has started peeling away from the housing, and it looks like a swollen battery is pushing it out. I first noticed it after my last ride on September 13, 2026.

I've stopped using and charging the unit until I hear back from you.

Could you let me know:
- Whether this is covered under warranty
- Whether a battery replacement is possible, and the cost
- Where I should send the device, or an authorised service partner I can reach (I'm based in the Philippines)
- Roughly how long a repair or replacement would take

I have a race in November and I'm mid-training block, so a quick turnaround would help a lot. I've been very happy with the Karoo otherwise — the screen and interface are the reason I chose it — so I'd like to get it repaired rather than switch.
