[Karoo 3] MicroG for extended app compatibility

Hi there,

please bundle MicroG (microg.cc) functionality with the OS for Karoo 3 so it's possible to sideload apps that require Google Play Services (e.g. YouTube Music) without requiring Google Play Certification.

Thanks!
