Feature request - map controls to adjust ERG residence

Currently ERG Mode resistance can be adjusted with the pulldown menu. It would be nice to be able to map those +/- controls to physical buttons, like SRAM blips. Even better, if that mapping changed automatically for indoor ride profiles, and back to their original function for outdoor rides.
