AnsweredToday and for the second time the Karoo2 is off during the outing
moreover it is impossible to recover the FIT file
This didn't happen until the last update.
can we go back to the previous update and how to do it

Hey Michael, we are actively working on this case as highest priority. Losing rides is something we hate to hear as well, but the bug has been a tricky one to solve, but we remain committed to finding a fix for it. If this happens on your rides more frequently, I may reach out to you individually to test out the fix before it goes to the general audience. Let me know if you'd be open to that or not.
