    Hi Russell, this is not normal and we are really sorry that this has happened on your Karoo 2. I don't see this issue reported by you before with our Support team. We will get you a replacement right away. Could you please send the serial number of your Karoo 2 in an email to support@hammerhead.io?

    We will also try and get your rides synced to Strava. Thanks!

    Anything I really need to track , I do on the phone in MMR or strava as a backup.

    There are FIT file readers and sometimes GoldenChetah can recover a ride,too.

    If I run better than 80% problem free, I am enchanted.
