Catastrophic Karoo 2 reboot
AnsweredI'm on a week long ride I cant seem to download to Strava personal hot spot phone is synced to device. Have 6 rides that I'm waiting to download at the end of the ride since I can't do it in the field. Plug Karoo in to charger get up on the last day and I'm back to a wiped clean device that wants me to go through set up again. This is the second time this has happened I'M DONE DO YOU WAN'T THIS PIECE OF CRAP BACK MAYBE YOU CAN FIGGER IT OUT. NOT CRAZY ABOUT MY OLD GARMEN BUT AT LEAST IT WORKS. I await your reply

Hi Russell, this is not normal and we are really sorry that this has happened on your Karoo 2. I don't see this issue reported by you before with our Support team. We will get you a replacement right away. Could you please send the serial number of your Karoo 2 in an email to support@hammerhead.io?
We will also try and get your rides synced to Strava. Thanks!
