Do folks know of a good product to protect the Karoo 2 if dropped?  A protective silcone case cover or something like that?  Any thing folks would recommend?

  As was recommended in these forums during the early days of the K2 shipping I bought a knock-off Garmin Edge Explore silicon case from an online retailer. It fits virtually perfectly although naturally it doesn't have exact cutouts for button access and so forth. That's never been a problem for me though, the screen opening and rear mount access is what mattered.I also added a matte finish screen protector.

  Another vote for the TUFF LUV, I found it's not 100% compatible if you use an original Garmin mount, the thickness of the silicone around the mounting causes an interference and bends the silicone a little (still useable) but something like a K-Edge fits perfect.
