Use of users data stored

Hi,

From HH, do you sell the data stored by the users?

Means all data collected from the rides (data, time, heart rate, gps...)

Or the data are encryted in your servers?

  Hi Norman,

  We do not sell or provide data to any 3rd party. It is user's choice to integrate the accounts on the Dashboard, to transfer any data to other platforms. Even our support team, takes permission from riders before looking into their data. I hope this answers your question.

  Hello.

  Now that we are at it, one question: why do I have to disable the option of "Prevent cross-site tracking" in my browser, in order to login to support.hammerhead.io? This shouldn't be the case IF you don't provide data to any 3rd party.
