Feature request : Quick battery check (without powering on the device or connecting to USB)

When the device is powered off it would be convenient if I could just tap (or double-tap) the power button and have battery remaining % displayed on the screen and therefore be informed if I need to charge the device before riding.

Also please consider redesigning the eons old Android charging display - a significantly larger font for % overlaying the incremental / progressive fill bars like most Androids do now. Thx :)
