Feature Request: Rider Stopped Notification on Live Tracking

Would love to expand the Live Tracking features to be in-line with other services...one huge feature in the event of a crash or emergency would be a notification to those who have the Live Track link if a rider is stopped for a certain amount of time (5-10 min, for example) without acknowledging a prompt.  RoadID, Wahoo, Garmin all have similar features to some degree.
