Dead Pixels

Hi! It seems there are more than a few dead/hot/stuck pixels on my K2 I just picked up today. Hopefully, you can see what I'm referring to in the image. A similar issue was why I wanted to switch from my Garmin to Hammerhead - I was annoyed by the dead pixels. How can we solve this? Thanks!
