Feature Idea: Karoo to Karoo route sharing
How awesome would it be if Karoo devices could wirelessly share/broadcast a route to another Karoo? Maybe the person with the route would go to the route and select an option to share the route to nearby computers and then anyone who wants to grab the route would go to the routes page on their Karoo and select an option to search for available routes from nearby computers. This would be a killer feature for sharing routes before a group ride and would be a stand out feature for Hammerhead.

Best way to do this would be through strava routes (https://stravaroutes.com/) - well that's how I do it with my mates fwiw..be well..

Btw the MIO (Magellan) Cyclo 505 had this feature already very long time ago. It works via ANT FS.- Shake-N-Share keeps everyone together by sharing a route with other Cyclo 315 or 505 series owners

Sharing your route with friends in the trip
Note: For selected models only.
Your device features ANT-FS (ANT File Share) technology for exchanging data records (between the
Cyclo devices within RF range), bypassing the need for cables.
To transfer your route:
1. Plan your route on the device.
2. You can go to Main menu > Settings > Transfer and directly tap Send.
Or you can enable the Shake & Share function first. To send a route to a friend, simply shake your
device up and down, and then select Send on the pop-up message window.
3. The friend must activate Receive through Main menu > Settings > Transfer or Shake & Share
(if enabled on that device).
======Oh, and last but but not least...........: the "Surpise Me" route feature is also still missing.......... ;-)

This would be a great addition to the units. I do a lot of multiday gravel rides that can change depending on the conditions/progress the previous day and I am currently replanning routes on my mobile, uploading them to the dashboard via a mobile browser and then inviting fellow riders. The ability to transmit routes peer-to-peer would just make it easier to et the routes to everyone without needing everyone to tether their devices to mobiles!

In combination with this would be the ability to share routes, but not have to save them to use them:
I do a lot of club runs, and every week it's yet another route with a meaningless name that if I ever repeat, I'll just get it again from the ride leader when the time comes.
It's almost like the route deletes itself after it done kinda thing, or just never saved in the first place, it's just used
