Feature Request: ability to upload K2 data via the companion app

When I am without a Wi-Fi connection it would be great to be able to upload ride data to Strava or TP via the companion app.  After all, the companion app is already connected to the web via its cellular connection.  Thanks

  have you tried using the, in the interim, the wifi hotspot on your phone and connect with the karoo2?  personally I just got a data sharing sim for my Telstra account and dropped it in the k2.. jm2c's.. be well

  Agree. This is industry standard. All the garmins and wahoos do that. The device is connected via bluetooth with the phone, so the transfer of the gpx file to the app is possible.

  There is no app on iPhone that I aware of? I agree one would be nice, even if all it did were make sure the ride is uploaded without having to fiddle around with connecting to the phone hotspot.

  Not needed... Wifi works perfect and fast

  The hotspot is activated in 2 seconds and works more universal than any bluetooth connection
