Today, before starting for a ride, my Karoo 2 slipped from my hands and fell to the ground.

To be honest I didn't think a "Dragontrail Glass screen that can take whatever your ride throws at it" could break due to falling less than a meter on a tile.

I'm very sad... I suppose I can't do nothing...

  yeah - I had the same issue mate, the only way I could address it was with a crash-replaced option... that was only after 3 weeks of owning in... so ended up costing me around 900AUSD for a 600 device..
