Oh dear! It appears that I am off the 'software release update list' again. Just another glitch in the Hammerhead matrix!

  Hi Steve,

  I can see that you are still on the list to receive the software release emails. Could you please check the spam or promotions folder?

  Hi Ali.

  I may still be on your list but I didn't receive an email. It wasn't in the spam folder either which is why I contacted you! The last mail I received, apart from all your ads about how good the Hammerhead is supposed to be, was on 23rd September about the previous software updates!

  Don't send one now as I have read about the updates on the website!

  I'm on the list to get the software release emails and I also didn't get the notification for this release.

  I do seem to get the email updates regarding software releases but rather than wait for it, I've added that page to my favorites on my browser and then check for it around 12pm central time USA every other week.

  Earlier the release and the email came pretty much at the same time, but recently I have been receiving the new release emails several hours after the unit notifies that an update is available. Any good reason for that?

  @Michael Go to the Hammerhead home page. Scroll all the way to the bottom and on the right-hand side should be a large yellow "Sign Up" box. Click on the yellow box and then enter your email address on the pop-up page and then click on the yellow "Subscribe" box.

  You get to the home page by clicking on the Hammerhead logo at the top of this page or at the top of the forum page 😁
