Hello, I am a distributor of your brand and I have received many complaints from customers who have errors when connecting their phones to the Karoo 2. It is the same whether it is an Android phone or an iPhone.
In my case I have an iphone and I have the same problem for a short time, so I attribute it to some problem of the last update.
Do you have a report of this incident?
In my case, I connect the iPhone to my Karoo2, everything is correct, I start the activity and check that it is still connected, but later, if I receive a call or a message, it does not appear on the Karoo 2 screen. I look at the connection status and it indicates that it is not connected :(
I plug it back in and after a while it loses connection again.
Some customers with Android phones are reporting the exact same issue to me.
