How do I cancel / refund my order?

    Hi my order has not shipped yet. I have sent a number of emails to cancel my order with number 107001 and get a refund. I explained my concern. So far you have not responded to my emails. Please confirm the cancellation of my order and give me a refund asap.

    I've had the same experience as Neal and am very concerned that Hammerhead has not posted an update on his order after four months.

    I received my Karoo on 18 April 2018 but the stop button does not work so it's useless for recording rides. I've emailed Hammerhead support several times and am becoming desperate as I have had no response to any of the emails. 

    From what I have seen of the Karoo, it would be exactly what I want if I only had a working unit but I am upset that I am being ignored by Hammerhead and this must be a warning to anyone else contemplating buying one.

    I've now had a response from Laurence Wattrus to say that a delay like mine is not typical and promising that a member of the Hammerhead support staff will be in touch soon. I'll update this comment as soon as I hear from them.

    Laurence's promise has not come to fruition after more than 24 hours - I have still not been contacted by Hammerhead support.

    Finally things started to happen and I've been given a return label to send my Karoo back to the Netherlands for repair or replacement. When I let Hammerhead know that it was on its way back, I got a nice email from Ann Brown, Customer Happiness Adviser - that's the way to go, Hammerhead!

    Well, it took quite a long time for the replacement to arrive but now I have a new and fully working Karoo replaced at no cost to me so I'm happy at last.
