You will be able to download as many Offline Map regions as you would like depending on the free space available. Click here to see the full list of available Offline Basemap Sections.
We offer three map layers to enhance your ride:

Basemap – Download the basemap for your region before heading out to ensure you always have the essential roads and trails at your fingertips.

Suunto Heatmap – Explore popular routes with Suunto’s global heatmaps, highlighting where athletes around the world love to train. The bolder the Heatmap, the more people have ridden there.

Topo Map – Topographic lines bring elevation to life, helping you visualize climbs, descents, and terrain changes right on your map screen.
Here are the steps to download a map layer for a region:
- On the Home screen, click on the "Apps" button.
- Click on the "Settings" app.
- Scroll down and select "Offline Maps".
- Find the region you need from the dropdowns.
- Once you find it, select the map layers that you want.
- The selected map layers for this region will be downloaded and saved.
- You can now ride routes within this region.
Downloaded Maps will show up at the top of the list.
The required basemaps for your region need to be downloaded before you start riding. You can download additional map layers for a region later.
If you turn on your Karoo in a new region(without that map),
it would show you a prompt to download the region.
Notes:
1. Once an offline basemap section is downloaded, Navigation Data and TBT for any routes that fall under that will be available on your device. You do not have to offline any specific route data additionally.
2. The hierarchy of the regions is Continents > Countries > States. The smaller countries will be available as a single Region. Bigger countries such as the USA, France, etc. could be >5GB. In such cases, they will be broken down by states into separate regions.
