Some users have reported to us issues with their Power meters when paired with the Karoo. Power meters connection to the Karoo over Bluetooth/ANT+ appears unstable at times and may appear to drop the power data, resulting in erratic and/or lower average power-related figures.
Possible Fixes:
- Make sure the battery of the sensors has charge, as this is the primary reason for the sensors to get disconnected or provide erratic and/or lower average data.
- Unpair the sensors completely and pair them back one by one.
- Change the precedence of the paired sensors. See: Customising Sensor Precedence
- Make sure to check for possible firmware update for your Power Meter.
