Karoo 2 speed sensor issues

Hi guys,

I'm experiencing a lot of issues with my Magene speed sensors. It randomly disconnects and there's no way to resume it. Problem is it stops my ride and I can't switch quickly to the GPS speed. I tried but I found no other option than enter the sensors screen and "DELETE" the speed sensor. It started a few rides ago and I changed the battery. Problem happened again today forcing me to stop riding, delete the sensor, pair it again but even with the sensor apparently paired in greed I got no speed. It happened with an old Garmin sensor as well and that's why I bought the new one. 
This is starting to bug me a lot even more than loosing the Shimano integration. If I were in the middle of a group ride or in a Gran Fondo It would not be possible to stop and solve the issue. 
do you have any suggestions? I searched the forum but found no similar recent case. My Karoo2 is always updated.

  Hi SImone, could you please submit a ticket with and provide the FIT files of the specific rides you had the issues on?
