Rider Profile - Birthday Decrementing ~once per second

I am on the Karoo Software Build Version 1.346.1384, and when I went into the "Rider Profile" settings to adjust my weight today, I noticed something very peculiar- my birthday was decrementing one day per second! It stops after -82 days, but when I correct my birthday, it starts decrementing again.

EDIT: Fiddling around, but it seems to only decrement with the birth month set to Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, or Mar.

  Hello, Vincent.

   

  This is an unusual occurrence that we have seen on a few devices; you can remedy it by just following the suggestions below.

  • Go to the Karoo 2's Settings section and scroll down to the Device section.
  • Tap on "Measurement" and switch from Metric to Imperial or Imperial to Metric before returning to the settings page.
  • Again, tap on "Measurements" and adjust the settings to your preference.
  • Once completed, you will be able to set your birth date, which will remain intact.

   

  These steps should address the issue on the Karoo 2.
