Zoom-out button working randomly

Hi,

Just received my new Karoo 2.

I can zoom in and out perfectly by pinching the touch screen with two fingers.

When I use the two side buttons to zoom in and out, zooming in works perfectly with the top right button, but zooming out with the top left button is working randomly and often with a very long latency.

The latency is so long (sometimes more than 3 sec) that it behaves as if the left button was kept pressed and the device zooms out to the max and does not want to zoom in again with the right button...

Did anyone experience the same issue and is there a workaround?
