just yesterday somebody posted a solution to this at https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/5105740186267/comments/11321639872667#community_comment_11321639872667

you need to sync your cgm data to nightscout and a permanent internet connection, though

That’s more of a workaround than a solution.
The solution would be to have a native integration via Bluetooth.

I agree that this is more of a workaround.

But having support for this in an official release is likely to provoke legal problems. Since the libre system is a medical product and the software for displaying the data is part of it, such a software will most probably need certification/approval by the FDA and all local drug certification agencies in all other contries it is sold.

IANAL and there is open source software that has reverse engineered the libre protocol and can be downloaded freely but there is a closely related (also open source) software that has been threatened by legal action and its source code needed to be hosted in a juristiction not easily reachable by such claims.

I think supersapiens is not marketed as a medical device but it uses the libre system which is one - and I do not know if they could get away with it.

I just want to say that it is not as easy as it seems with medical products. Technically it would be no problem, but who wants to take the legal risk for a handful of athletes with T1D or even fewer people who think they can make use of continuous glucose monitoring (I wonder what use that would be).
