SIM data - Sky Mobile

Hi There, is anyone using a Sky Mobile UK SIM in their Karoo 2? I only seem to get 2G/EDGE data connection after inputting the Sky Internet APN settings manually because they didn't load automatically. Any help would be appreciated.. I have already raised a ticket with support. Thanks

  I use 1p mobile in the UK. It costs £30 per year. When the SIM arrived i activated it by putting it in a mobile phone, once activated i took it out of the mobile phone and put it in the Karoo, i have never had a problem with it. Hope this helps...

  Just don't download an update using data!
