Connectivity issue - Sworks 4iiii power meter and Karoo 2

When I'm riding the Karoo loses connection to my power meter. Sometimes it's intermittent but sometimes it's so long that the Karoo gives up trying to find the connection and disconnects altogether.

The power meter is the factory Sworks Tarmac power meter from 4iiii. 

I believe it may be a Karoo issue since whenever it happens I open the 4iiii app on my phone to check the connection/status of the power meter and so far it is up and running every time. 

Any ideas?

  I've also noticed that battery field on the Karoo only displays the right side. Is that normal?

  Hi Pedro, we have seen issues with the 4iiii PMs before and replacements to their Power meters solved the issues for the riders. However, there is a possibility that the Karoo might be at fault as well. We would like to look into the data and the connection with your Karoo. If we find Karoo needs a replacement, we will follow that path.
