Profile Settings - Cannot enter birthday

Hi!

I have both the Karoo 1 and 2 but recently gave my Karoo 1 to a good friend. This was to replace his Garmin which never really worked properly.

The problem is that when he went to set up his rider profile, it wouldn't allow him to scroll down the calendar field to enter a date. He can see the first two weeks of any month and that's it. Any suggestions on why this is happening or how to fix it.

Other than that, he is really pleased with it and said that it beats the Garmin hands down.
