Hey Gerry. I am not sure which Polar watch are you using to connect to your Karoo. Is it Polar H9, Polar H10, or Polar OH1?
I would like to inform you that here the connectivity is based on ANT+. If you have a watch that is compatible with the ANT+ connectivity, it will certainly be able to connect to the Karoo over the ANT+ connection.

Abhishek, the Polar H9, Polar H10, and Polar OH1 are not Polar watches. They are heart rate sensors. Those work just fine. I just paired my H10 to my Karoo2.
Gerry is asking about pairing his watch. Not sure which Polar watch he has, but the limitation is on Polar's side, not on Karoo's.

Gerry, you should ask Polar why they don't rebroadcast from their latest watches.

Same issue with Apple Watch. Apple HealthKit SDK is a closed SDK and you can't just broadcast heart rate data to another device - like the Karoo - from Apple Watch. I recall somebody did write an app that you can install on the Apple Watch that will broadcast this data to a Karoo but I don't have the details at the moment.
I've also successfully paired my Polar H10 HRM to my Karoo 1 and it works great. Connects automatically every ride.

would it be possible in the future to link my polar account to the Karoo dashboard so I can also see my rides / workout in polar flow at the same time I can use the functionalities inside polar to create future (structured) workouts and see those on the Karoo
trainings peak is nice but not really affordable - they only have a 2 week trial period, you should at least get a 6 mionth trial with your purchase of the Karoo 2 (like you offer on some other apps)
