Unable to connect RWGPS

I have tried to connect my RWGPS account but it fails. I have resetted my RWGPS account password and checked that I can login in but when trying it from Hammerhead site it fails. I have tried all different combinations (screen name vs. email) but no. I had no problems to connect my Strava or TP but not RWGPS. Anyone else has had this problem?

 

In fact both Strava and TP worked slightly differently. When I pressed CONNECT I was redirected to Strava or TP page where I finalized the connection. This doesn’t happen with RWGPS.

  Hi Pekka, I am sorry to hear about the trouble connecting RideWithGps account to the Dashboard. We would love to help you with this. We would need a few details to isolate the problem.
  > Could you please share the error message you get on the screen when you click on "Connect"?
  > Could I please ask if you have any special character (+ or -) in the RWGPS password?

  It just informs that ”Unable to link, check username/password and try again”

  I have & character in my RWGPS password.

  It was the ”&” character that spoiled it. Switched RWGPS password and now it works/connected. Thanks!
