Garmin and Bontrager Lights not Syncing

Am curious if there is a list of ANT+ lights that will work with the Karoo2

Or is it a crap shoot?

Do we simply turn on our device, then our lights and pray the Karoo 2 will sync to your lights?

So I have the Bontrager Flare RT & Ion 200 RT along with the Garmin Varia? UT800 Smart light

Before I just turned on my Garmin and all lights turned on. 

Now I have to turn on my helmet light, my rear light, my front light and then my other light. Then I have to adjust the brightness levels before getting ready for my ride. 

Obviously no one thought about one's first experience being their last.

  Hi Louis, Smartlight integration is currently not available. However, it is something that is in our current pipeline and you can expect to see it being available in the near future.

  Those lights only list garmin devices as compatible in the instructions. I presume this is because there is a Bontrager edge 1000 computer so I am not holding my breath for it to happen

  Nicholas, they still follow the universal ANT+ protocol, so we just need to enable them on our KarooOS. It's planned for the Q1 of this year.
