Syncing Ride with GPS pinned/routes

For some reason rides that I have recently pinned in RWGPS aren't syncing to my routes on the HH dashboard. I hit the sync/refresh icon but no luck - I've also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the account but still nothing. I can copy them in manually of course, but would rather they just appear. Any tips?

  I just want to let you know that only the pinned Routes from RWGPS will be synced to the Dashboard with the sync button and not the Rides. Could you check if you are able to sync the Routes from RWGPS after pinning it?

  Hi Hari - I’ve just gone back into the dashboard to have a closer look and have discovered the following:
  - the rides I had pinned and weren’t showing were all very large and were mid-download to my iPhone via app. Even though still pinned, once I had allowed them to download to be available offline, they appeared on my HH dashboard again
  - one route that wasn’t showing seems to have a privacy issue from the original file. A friend shared it before a ride in the summer but the thumbnail of the ride is missing in RWGPS. This may be because he has moved/deleted/change privacy on the route perhaps. Either way pinning/downloading isn’t working here so may be a one off
  - I have searched and found other routes, pinned them as usual, and they are appearing instantly on a refresh with HH dashboard

  So whilst pinned rides weren’t showing, this wasn’t due to any kind of sync fail, more a quirk with RWGPS if rides are somehow incomplete or mid download, despite being visible and exporable in the ‘pinned’ listing.

  Hi All,  "Sync" option on the Karoo 2 was added in the past release. You can find it by clicking on the 3 dots under the routes app. This helps sync starred and pinned routes from 3rd party services connected on the Dashboard.
