Can someone help with paring my Polar H10. It will not connnect

  A few things to check:

  1. You need to be wearing the Polar H10 in order to pair it with your Karoo, otherwise the H10 will remain in a powered off state
  2. Remember to dampen the electrodes slightly
  3. Make sure that Bluetooth and Ant+ are turned on on the Karoo (Sensors > Bluetooth/Ant+)
  4. Click the + button to add a device
  5. The H10 should be discovered automatically
  6. If not, open Polar Beat or Polar Flow app on your smartphone to ensure the H10 is working properly
  7. Check the battery in the H10 if you're still having trouble

  I've used a H10 with both a Karoo 1 and a Karoo 2 over the last year or so and it's never failed to pair automatically after initial pairing.
