Ride recording stops at the end of strava segments

Today K2 stopped recording my ride at the end of a strava segment. This happened only once during the ride. I could restart recording as usual.

Any similar experience? Any solution?

  Luigi: From your message, it seems to be a one-off issue and not reproducible anymore. Just to clarify, does the recording resumed itself automatically after this issue occured?

  I had to start recording again manually, K2 did not resume the ride automatically

  Thanks for the clarification. For us to investigate the issue further, could you please let us know the following details?

  How much time did you cover the ride when this happened? Or which segment were you on?
  Could you also share the FIT file of the affected ride at support@hammerhead.io and the serial number of your Karoo 2?
