Poor packaging for shipping

First off, let me just say that the Karoo box itself is not damaged or anything like that. Karoo unit is just fine but ......

I still feel the need to repremend Hammerhead stuff who is resposible for packaging.

Here are pictures of the (outer) box and there are visible few punches caused by the corners of Karoo box. Which implies the package wasn't handled with the highest level of care. I know this is not HH's fault and I'm not saying it is. But when a package containing electronics is shipped over half of the world in some cases (not mine) I'd say that this is insufficient packaging, if you asked me.

At least if you wrap it into one layer of bubble wrap or simply put some filling around the Karoo box in a form of paper or some foamy material. That would be great.

  Thanks, Martin. Sorry that this did not reach you in the best condition. As you mentioned, there is little to nothing we can do once the package leaves the warehouse but we will surely address this case with them. This is not a general case that we know of, so if there are more users who report it here - we can then make a strong case and potentially take on your suggestion.

  Same here. My package arrived heavily damaged. the Karoo-box was without damage, and the unit works as expected.
