"Ideal power" a New unusual data fields (low priority) - [FEATURE REQUEST]
Not plannedThis could be a fun one for the develpers.
In general, in a velodrome, on a flat section of road, power and speed follow a linear relationship.
For a given power input measured by the power meter, you should acheve a given speed: for example 220W of power should get you 22mph. But what about in a head wind? or up hill? you might put in 220W, but only get 15mph out of the bike. Some cool data fields could be:
predicted speed: the ideal speed you should be getting for the power input
Speed lost: the diference between actual speed and the ideal speed
You could include a user definable K-value as a fudge factor to accound for rolling resistance and other things.

As soon as i hit send, i thought:
Actually being able to run a user defined equasion would be a better way of doing this. That way, users could define their own equasions based on power/speed/hr values.I don't think i am explaining this particularly well here, but it could be really powerful stuff, which may result in some novel datafields
