    Hi Steve, this issue has been fixed in the recent release. However, prior to this, it would require a factory reset for a clean upload. It should not be required - but that's a workaround we identified and worked for most riders after the reset.

    Well, it clearly hasn't been fixed in the most recent release because that's what I'm running here (I upgraded my Karoo 2 within an hour of receiving the email on Thursday afternoon).

    I'm on build number 1.187.987.12 here and this is the build version I was running prior to, during, and after my ride today.

    If I do a factory reset, I expect I will wipe out my ride data from today (I really can't be bothered with retrieving the .fit file off the device).

    Thanks goodness Apple have a reliable solution. I'm pretty close to giving up on Hammerhead, to be honest. Just get the basics right. Please.
