End of ride workflow is broken

This used to work flawlessly on my Karoo 1 but you've done something to the end of ride workflow that prevents rides from syncing to Dashboard and my connected services.
- Went for a ride this morning
- Got home and pressed pause > save > save to save the ride
- Made sure Strava, RwGPS and Komoot were all selected and saved the ride
- My ride is still not showing on the Dashboard, despite my K2 being connected to wi-fi
- I've just rebooted my K2, expecting this to be a minor software glitch and my ride is still not showing on the Dashboard, despite being connected to wi-fi
- Fortunately, I also recorded my ride on my Apple Watch so there's that
Since the last few software releases, it generally takes multiple attempts to save a ride and to get it to sync with the HH Dashboard. Uploading to Strava is just as hit and miss.
Please, just get the basics working reliably before you invest in new features.

Well, it clearly hasn't been fixed in the most recent release because that's what I'm running here (I upgraded my Karoo 2 within an hour of receiving the email on Thursday afternoon).
I'm on build number 1.187.987.12 here and this is the build version I was running prior to, during, and after my ride today.
If I do a factory reset, I expect I will wipe out my ride data from today (I really can't be bothered with retrieving the .fit file off the device).
Thanks goodness Apple have a reliable solution. I'm pretty close to giving up on Hammerhead, to be honest. Just get the basics right. Please.
