Request: hundredths place for distance (0.xx mi)

Would really appreciate a hundredths place decimal for the distance value on the main screen. Current and even the really old Garmins go to 0.xx. Importantly, live segments show this, but how am I going to know how much farther I need to circle around the neighborhood to get to the next mile?

  Hi Bryan,

  I totally agree this could be a valuable enhancement to add to see more precise data. We have received a couple of requests from users. We will take this up for a discussion with the Product team if we receive a reasonable number of requests from the community.

  Yes also when estimated time to end of the ride is below one hour, i wished karoo could display time in min:sec

  I a I am confused why this would need to even be requested. Distance mileage to two decimal places is pretty standard on cycling computers and even on phone apps that used instead of a cycling computer. Also this should be a fairly easy add.

  Bumping this post to add to this feature request. Hundredths of a mile would be an amazing addition and would really help me in my rides. Please add hundredths of a mile to distance or make it an option!

  I would love to have this option for the upcoming season. I would always look down at my Karoo, see the average speed is like 16.9, and wish I could see how close I am to the next whole number. Having hundredths would help motivate and push me.

  As a new HH owner (come from Garmin), another vote for this please. Every Garmin (and pretty much every other head unit) has miles or km to 1.xx decimal places.

  Surely such an easy fix?  Please will you consider this @Hammerhead?

  Hi All,

  We updated our distance data fields to show increased decimal precision. Distance data fields with single and double digit distances (e.g. 4.37 mi or 13.74 mi) will show decimals to the tenth decimal. Triple digit and higher distance fields (e.g. 100.3) will only show one decimal of precision.

  Thank you Shruti! Can this logic be default for all other types of fields too? I'd personally like to see it on average speed.

  Hi Jon, I am glad that the recent release helped you out. We have not implemented the increased decimal precision to the Speed data fields.
