SRM X-Power issues with Karoo 1

Hi
does anyone experience any issues with SRM X-Power (MTB-pedal based powermeter)?
I usually not able to calibrate it - timeout message is coming.
Further, especially after switching pedals to a different bike or after failed calibration, even if Karoo is showing X-Power as connected, Power/Cadence is not recorded, unless one reboot the device.
In the ride yesterday there is even no power/cadence column

Hi Evgeni, We are sorry to hear about the trouble that you are facing. We would like to investigate the issue to understand what is going on here. I have created a support ticket requesting the FIT file and the serial number of your Karoo to troubleshoot the issue. I request you follow-up on the ticket with the requested information.

I've a Karoo2 and it records power from my X-Pedals but is missing portions. My 13Km ride today had 2 or 3 sections of 0.5Km where no power was recorded. All recorded fine on my Garmin 6X Pro so don't think there's a problem with the pedals. I can supply the FIT file if it's any help.
