    Hi Evgeni, We are sorry to hear about the trouble that you are facing. We would like to investigate the issue to understand what is going on here. I have created a support ticket requesting the FIT file and the serial number of your Karoo to troubleshoot the issue. I request you follow-up on the ticket with the requested information.

    I've a Karoo2 and it records power from my X-Pedals but is missing portions. My 13Km ride today had 2 or 3 sections of 0.5Km where no power was recorded. All recorded fine on my Garmin 6X Pro so don't  think there's a problem with the pedals. I can supply the FIT file if it's any help.

    Ooops! Not been here for a while!

    I have to repeat a ride or two and see if this happens again as I'm not sure if I uploaded the Garmin or Karoo version to Connect.
