What's the delay to receive a refund ?

Hi,

I returned my device last week (Feb., 15), the package tracking indicates that it was delivered two days ago (Feb., 19). I understand that you are overwhelmed by the number of recent orders, but can you please tell me around what date I should expect the refund to be fulfilled ?

  You should probably send them a message instead of posting it publicly. But if all else fails, if you put it on a credit card you can have them initiate a chargeback.

  Gousti, once the product gets delivered to the warehouse - they open it and verify if all the items have been sent out. Warehouse employee does not work on weekends, allow 3-5 business days for us to initiate the refund and next 3-5 business for the bank to process the amount

  I don't mind if there is a slight delay for the bank to process it, I just need to have the information about what's happening. You know, when you return a product, then you know that it has been delivered, but you don't receive any confirmation message... that's worrying.

  Do not worry about it, as if it shows delivered - we will of course refund the amount. Once we have the pictures from the warehouse, you will get a confirmation email about the device has been received.
