Make fullscreen map fullscreen

Hi,

When using the map in fullscreen mode without datafields on Karoo 2 there's still a black line with a width of ~1 cm above the map and below the data shown on top of the screen. This seems to be a waste of screen area.

Can you increase the map so that its reaching the data line on the top? Or even make it real fullscreen with a transparent background behind the data shown on the top?

  Hi Nico, thank you for voicing your opinion. As of now, this is as per the expected behaviour and can be improved in future updates. But we would like to see if there are more users who would like to see this changed.

  I found a workaround for this.
  Just long press on the map as if you would select a destination on it and it will take full screen...

  Please no workarounds ;) keep it simple and hammerhead please implement a very good fullscreen navigation with all of your functionalities you offer (tbt....). Data screens can be swiped manually and every should be able to do it.

  Thanks @Luc! This is weird... And it looks like you can't return from fullscreen after the longpress unless you change to another profile and back. So it seems to be more like a bug, but itworks.

  I really don't see a single reason why full screen map shouldn't be fullscreen...
