Route not uploading

I have previously uploaded routes or my Karoo 2 by copying the url from Garmin connect and pasting it in the add a route place. It has worked several times. Today I can’t get it to work. I’ve tried different routes, even tried using one from ride with gps. I always get an error saying import error:could not import this garmin connect route. I have restarted everything but nothing seems to work.

  Encountering the same issue.  Used to be able to upload Garmin Connect routes. Now error, same as Terry

  Any progress on this?  I am seeing the same thing today on multiple routes.  Here are two:
