Unable to Synch Pinned Routes from RidewithGPS

I recently updated my pinned routes in RidewithGPS and wanted to synch them to my new Karoo 2.  RidewithGPS is a connected account but nothing changes when I click the "import routes with linked accounts" button.  Suggestions?

  Hi Mark, we were able to solve this case over the ticket. For the ease of other community members - I will let them know that the routes need to be under the routes folder (on RidewithGPS) with the URL ending in /routes and not /trips.

  My pinned routes aren't showing up, they are /routes but don't exist on my karoo2 unless I manually add by copy/paste into create routes. Synching does not work.
