Store date and time preferences in the cloud

Every time I do a factory reset, I have to manually select "Use 24-hour format" to ON.

Is there any reason why this can't be stored with my profile, alongside all the other preferences that are preserved?

  Hi Steve, that's a good point. This has never come up from other users but it does make sense considering it is specific to a user profile.
