Bluetooth Audio causes Settings app to crash

I was just attempting to set-up Bluetooth Audio via my phone.

Didn't get that far because the Settings app kept crashing:

I note that you missed a software update on Thursday 11th March, which I was hoping would stop all of these app crashes I've been experiencing.

Any news on the software update, please?

  I'm now unable to turn off Bluetooth (Audio) because every time I go into Settings > Bluetooth Audio the app crashes.

  Meh.

  Hi Steve, sorry that you are having trouble. This is a known issue that we are working to fix soon. We hope to have this resolved in the coming updates. We did push our release set for the 11th back to the 25th. Please keep an eye out for this.

  Hi, this is still an issue.
  I’ve found that the bluetooth audio tab wont crash settings if bluetooth has been disabled first through “sensors”.
  But as soon as bluetooth is enabled, it will crash.

   

  EDIT:

  Factory reset did the trick. Must have been a thing between updates

  This issue is still active in the latest June software release of Phone connection is done before Bluetooth Audio.

  Only resolve is a factory reset and setup Bluetooth Audio first. .
